Excellent product. I was sceptical about how well these would work as i have tried chin straps and nasal airway openers with no improvement to snoring.

The size is fine, and the material is very stretchy and conforms to lips easily.

The adhesive is strong yet peels off easily and does not seem to irritate skin too much.

I did wake on the second night with my nose blocked and i felt i was having a little discomfort breathing through my mouth (you can, but air is naturally restricted). This is easily corrected by peeling back one side enough for comfortable breathing, while not enough to allow snoring.

My wife hasn't heard me snore since i started using these strips.
